Last summer I blogged about one of the other pies I have my finger in – theatre. As in, being in it. Tonight is the opening night of another play I’m in – John Osbourne’s “Look Back In Anger”. Totally different to last summer’s “Taming of the Shrew”, this is gritty, dark drama – something I’ve wanted to act in for a while. So, if you’re a TRUE blog fan, you’ll click here, find out more info, book tickets and come to see it this week. Recent local press coverage can be read by clicking here. The play is lovely and dark for these early November evenings, and recounts the goings on in a bedsit in the Midlands in the 1950s, telling the tale of a man and his wife as they wade their way through a very hostile (yet impassive) marriage. I play the hostile hubby!
